Do you know that in other countries, bringing something home from a trip is a custom? In other countries on the other hand, the custom is to bring something when visiting a home. Taking one of these home goes to show that he gives importance to the custom of sharing one’s experience from the trip by giving out some treats.
On the other hand, giving of wholesale sweets, pastries and ornaments to a household that is about to be visited by a person is also considered very courteous and generous. Just like in ancient times among the first tribes in the world, doing this gesture would represent that the visitor comes in peace and wants friendship. It may sound primitive but it is an inescapable truth. Humans somehow still interact with society the way their ancestors did.
Wholesale sweets are composed of different treats from different countries. Like in Belgium, these sweets are made of luscious local chocolates, licorice candies and other old fashioned European treats. In the Middle East, Arabs also boast of their famous preserved and sugary dates among others.
In tropical countries, wholesale sweets are bursting with varieties of sun-kissed and sweetest fruits. Some treats may come in mango, lychee, papaya, pineapple and a lot more flavors. Some exotic and unique flavors are also found in each country such as Durian and Rambutan in most parts of Asia. In cold countries, sweets flavors come in peppermint, wintergreen, apples, different kinds of berries and so much more.
Bringing some treats home or to a household is a very admirable tradition because beyond the carrying of wholesale sweets, baskets of fruits, casseroles and boxes of ornaments, are signs of generosity and humanity. Every human should be proud of this tradition and should pass it on to their children. These gestures, whether people acknowledge it or not, represent love, peace and friendship.
